Getting back to basics simply means using the most effective thing to protect yourself, your partner, and other swingers in the swinging community away from STD's.

  This means using latex condoms during anal, oral, and vaginal intercourse's. It is good practice to put on a new condom for every new partner. If you are going to switch from anal intercourse to vaginal intercourse, then you should put on a new condom.

By doing so, you can eliminate the risk of your female partner getting a vaginal infection and contacting any unwanted STD's. The use of condoms is extremely common in the swinging community and it is always expected at parties and events.

There are many different brands of latex condoms and the come in all different made. Men should experiment with different brands until they find one that suits them best. That means giving them the most sensation during sexual intercourse.
